Sarah Palin has always spoken directly to the American people – even when filtered by “handlers.” In 2009, she resigned as Governor of Alaska and briefly retired from public scrutiny. We didn’t have Palin to “kick around anymore” but those who knew her strengths and remembered Nixon knew she’d be back.
The most outstanding thing to know about a Sarah gathering is that the people you will find there are good people, approachable and warm people – bright, well-informed, civilized and intelligent people. They do not appear to be the strong and organized army that they are. They aren’t into taking on protesters beyond yelling...
