His name is Dr. Donald Berwick and he is in charge of reducing 500 billion dollars of services in Medicare and Medicaid.   Like our national healthcare czar (you know, Rahm’s brother), Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, Dr. Berwick couldn’t pass a Congressional hearing if his life depended on it.  So the President is empowering him to change the standard of care for everyone  on Medicare and Medicaid in America while Congress is in recess and Sarah Palin is in the wilds of Alaska.

So,  heads up until Sarah’s back.  Read this Fox News Report. And remember that President Obama has not lifted a finger to crack down on the organized crime entities in Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Miami  that are stealing billions from Medicaid and Medicare through fraudulent operations.

And still no tort reform, of course, so every scumbag lawyer continues to rape the system, and too, of course, the state shielding laws are still in place to make sure medical insurance companies don’t have to compete with each other.

Before a predominantly female crowd of more than 11,000 fans, the two high-profile Republicans ripped President Obama at an event that doubled as a fundraiser for Bachmann’s re-election campaign. 

While Minnesota GOP Gov. Tim Pawlenty and Rep. John Kline (R-Minn.) opened for Palin and Bachmann, both quickly faded into the background, unable to compete with their wattage. 

The governor and congresswoman were welcomed to the stage by an announcer who boomed: “Freedom loving Minnesotans, please welcome Congresswoman Michele Bachmann and Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin.”
