It can be noted that my previous writing has seemed to wallow back on forth on the issue of the governor, who in one breath is strong and logical, but in the next can seem flighty and ill-prepared. But my own see-saw may be reflective of a larger phenomenon: that American women just don’t know what to think of the woman who has given a voice to conservative women everywhere.
